Sure, we have DDA-complaint coaches that are fully accessible for Disabled Passengers. They are equipped with lifts to assist disabled and less mobile passengers when boarding and the wheelchairs can be comfortably accommodated on board.
We want you to please notify us 48 hours before you want to travel and call us to do so.
When we are picking you up we will always get in touch with you directly if we experience any delays and our policy is that you should never have to chase us up. Whilst conditions on the road because of any issues are out of our control, we will do what we can to keep you moving to your destination. Most importantly, our drivers are highly experienced and will often be able to find different routes to help compensate for delays and avoid heavy traffic or road closures. So, don’t worry at all.
All tickets for your trip can be bought by cell phone, fax, or email using a credit or debit card.
You also have the facility to buy your tickets by coach, your driver will sell you a single ticket or a book of ten single tickets. You can pay them in cash, you can also visit our office to buy your tickets, which we will be able to issue to you on the day.
